- Service requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase
- Digital products are eligible for refunds within 14 days if unused
- Learning program enrollments qualify for partial refunds before course completion
- Consulting services can be refunded if less than 25% of contracted work is completed
- Technical support packages are refundable within the first 7 days

Learning Programs & Courses
Full refunds available within first 7 days. After that, partial refunds based on completion percentage - you'll receive credit for unused portions of the program.
- Consulting services: Hourly billing means refunds for unworked time
- Software licenses: Annual subscriptions prorated for unused months
- Technical support: Full refund if no tickets were submitted
- Custom development: Refunds available before project milestone completion
Payment Methods & Processing
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but here's what to expect from our end.

Credit Cards: 3-5 business days | Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days | Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
We don't charge any fees for processing refunds. However, your bank might have their own policies about international transactions since we're based in Slovakia. We recommend checking with your financial institution if you don't see the refund after our stated timeframes.
Non-Refundable Items
Some services and products cannot be refunded due to their nature. We want to be completely transparent about these limitations upfront.
